Artist Statement

Painting organic design with watercolor and multi media has been a passion and a driving force for Hedy Berman. “Focusing on organic design with water media and multimedia materials frees me to create with color, dimension, softness, and intensity. My style is tactile inviting the viewer to touch and imagine abstract forms. My presentations range from an impressionistic watercolor to a mixed media with an under painting or over painting or both using unusual texture.” Hedy’s work offers a unique contemporary style.

Hedy Berman is an accomplished artist with showings ranging from a one woman show in the City of Hollywood to two years showing at Art and Design and The Uncommon Gallery in Ft. Lauderdale. She is honored to show at ArtCetera in Boca Raton and at Parker Playhouse. In March she will be showing at Art Serve’s Francis Bishop Good Work Space. Her work is currently show cased in a boutique gallery in Wellington.

  Hedy has sold to repeat clients local and out of town. Her awards have been issued by Art Serve, The Broward Art Guild and The Coral Springs Artist Guild. She is a past board member of The Coral Springs Artist Guild and has worked tirelessly to promote the arts through her leadership, voluntary demonstrations, and continuing education.
